Nifty Travel LLC ("Nifty Travel," "I," or "me") is an independent travel advisory based in Seattle, Washington. This policy explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have. I keep this simple on purpose — this is a small, one-person business, not a data operation.

What I collect

The only information I collect is what you choose to send me through the contact form on this site:

• Your name and email address
• The kind of trip you're interested in and your rough travel timeframe
• Anything you write in the message field

This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies. I don't build a profile on you, and there's nothing to opt out of.

How I use it

I use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, plan and quote travel for you, and stay in touch about the trip you asked about. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Who processes your form submission

This site uses Formspree to receive and forward form submissions to my email inbox. Your submission passes through and is stored by Formspree according to their privacy practices — see the Formspree Privacy Policy.

Booking with travel suppliers

If you decide to move forward and book, I'll share only the details necessary to make your reservations with the relevant travel suppliers — for example Disney, Universal, cruise lines, or a travel insurance provider. Those companies handle your information under their own privacy policies.

Keeping and deleting your information

I keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to help you and to maintain my own business records. You can ask me to delete the information you've shared at any time — just email yourfriendnifty.travel@gmail.com and I'll take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning family travel. It is not directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll revise the effective date above.
